Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

Aussie Name Orbit is built to be fun and kind to your privacy. In short: we barely collect anything, we never store it, and we never share it.

1. What we collect

When you use our tools, the only things you type in are:

• A birth date and approximate time of day;
• A sex (boy / girl);
• First names only — for example, the baby's name, or your first name and your parents' first names.

We deliberately never ask for surnames, addresses, email, phone numbers or any account details. We keep the information we ask for to the absolute minimum needed to show you a fun result.

2. Where your information goes

Nowhere. All calculations happen live in your own web browser, using JavaScript on the page. The birth date, time and names you type are not uploaded to any server, not written to any database, and not recorded in any log. When you close or refresh the tab, they are simply gone.

3. Why we ask for children's birth details

For the Baby Name Generator, birth details are provided by a parent or guardian. We treat children's information especially carefully: we ask only first names, keep everything on your device, and do not retain it. By using the tool, a parent or guardian confirms they are happy to provide these details for the child's own entertainment.

4. Cookies & tracking

This static website does not use tracking cookies, advertising trackers or analytics that identify you personally.

5. Your choices

Because we do not store anything, there is nothing for us to delete. If you ever have a question, you can simply stop using a tool — close the tab and your details are already gone from our side.

6. Contact

If you have any questions about this policy, email us at [email protected] and we will respond thoughtfully.
